URGENTLY REQUIRED!

Customers service/scheduler to work for a contractors based in North West London.

You will be in charge of:

*Scheduling engineers to go out to work

*Raising repairs on systems such as 'Northgate' and 'optitime' (mandatory that you know these systems,)

*Taking calls from tenants and the chasing of engineers

*General office and customer service jobs


We are looking for a good communicator and someone who is able to talk to people of all levels,
dealing with their needs in an organised professional manner. You must be prepared to take ownership of the calls that you handle, therefore a REAL passion for customer service is required!

Hours are 8-5, Monday-Friday.

The team itself is small, friendly and hard working. The manager is looking for someone who is honest, reliable, on time and diligent.
