My client, based in the West End is looking for a Receptionist who has experience within facilities.

This client is a huge brand and this is a great opportunity for someone who is well presented, professional and motivated.

Daily duties will include:
- Answering and re-dirceting calls appropriately;
- Greeting all customers and employees, ensuring that they are signed in correctly;
- Book taxi's
- Arrange couriers / distribute incoming mail / frank outgoing mail;
- Liaise closely with the Facilities Management team - report and Health and Safety issues;
- Liaise with subcontractors.


This is an integrated role that requires someone who is willing to roll their sleeves up and build effective relationships.

The salary will be between £20 - £24k depending on experience. Hours are 37.5 per week.
