Complaints Officer, Permanent Opportunity, Central London
My client, a Social Housing Organisation, is looking to appoint a new Complaints Officer, on a permanent basis, due to internal promotion!
I am looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and proactive individual who has a passion for providing outstanding customer services.
You will be responsible for liaising with tenants and contractors via telephone, email and letter.
You must be able to effectively deal with complex complaints, and ensure that you have investigated all parties involved, thoroughly. You must be able to identify trends via analysis and continually improve on the service being provided.
You will be welcomed into a small and friendly team with a supportive, knowledgeable manager.
