So what will you be doing?

 

  • Finding and screening candidates through advertising, referrals, recommendations and headhunting.
  • Interviewing & registering candidates
  • Briefing and preparing candidates for roles
  • Introducing clients to candidates
  • Carrying out client referrals
  • Developing new accounts
  • Arranging Client Meetings
  • Taking Job specifications
  • Matching candidates to client vacancies
  • Introducing suitable candidates to clients
  • Arranging and preparing interviews
  • Delivering Client and Candidate feedback
  • Retaining and developing existing business
  • Managing the offer process

 

 

What we’re not looking for is cold-callers. Whether it’s at entry or senior level, we want great relationship builders. Real team players. Sociable individuals with plenty of untapped drive and ambition. Without those skills you won’t make the grade here at Oyster.
